Chris joined the KRDO NewsChannel 13 team in August of 2002. A southern Colorado native, he has held several positions in his nearly 11 years at KRDO. Most recently, Chris worked as a producer, assigned to the station's 10 p.m. newscast.
Chris graduated from Widefield High School in May of 2002, and studied journalism at Pikes Peak Community College.
During his time as a producer, KRDO NewsChannel 13 at 10 was honored with an Edward R. Murrow award for best video newscast, and a Colorado Associated Press Broadcasters Association award for best newscast.
Chris is passionate about the power of social media. He believes that for any news organization, an investment in digital media now is an investment in the future.
