3 sex offenders released in Colo. Springs

The Colorado Springs Police Department is notifying the public about three sexually violent predators who have been released in Colorado Springs.
31-year-old Kevin Logan Alter is a sex offender convicted of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust and aggravated incest in 2006 in El Paso County. Alter has also been convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia, 3rd degree assault and failure to register as a sex offender.
Alter is registered and living at 2722 Willamette Place in Colorado Springs. He will be under probation supervision.
30-year-old David Dwayne Allen was convicted of a sexual assault in 2002 in El Paso County. His past criminal history includes theft, criminal impersonation, illegal possession/consumption of alcohol and DUI.
Allen is registered and living at 3033 East Platte Ave #209 in Colorado Springs. He will be under parole supervision.
30-year-old Nathan John Zaborski was convicted of aggravated sexual contact with a child in Norfolk, VA in 2010. He has also been convicted of 3rd degree criminal trespass and underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
Zaborski is registered and living at 17 North 14th Street in Colorado Springs. He will be under Federal Probation supervision.
There are 11 "Sexually Violent Predators" registered with the Colorado Springs Police Department who reside in this community.
