COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -

The family of a boy with blood cancer is giving it one last shot with a final bone marrow drive in hopes of finding Aden Knar and another boy a match.

Aden Knar is a third grader at Falcon Virtual Academy. Lukas Larsson also has blood cancer. Both young boys are relying on a bone marrow transplant to survive.

Aden's school organized a donation on January 23. More than 250 people showed up, volunteering to be Aden's last hope. No one was a match for Aden.

According to Be The Match Registry, the organization that holds bone marrow drives, of the 12 million registered donors on the registry and those in their family, none are match for neither Aden nor Lukas.

Be The Match is hosting a drive for the two boys on Saturday, April 19 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Falcon Virtual Academy: 6113 Constitution Ave. Colorado Springs, CO 80915. Contact Soledad Hernandez for more information: Soledad_Hernandez@bonfils.org.
