Fort Carson blacklists club after soldier's murder

Police are investigating a deadly shooting outside a Colorado Springs nightclub Sunday morning.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -

A man who was shot to death outside of a downtown nightclub early Sunday has been identified as a Fort Carson soldier.

Police say the victim was 22-year-old Deangelo Brown.

The shooting happened outside of a nightclub called Circa, 527 S. Tejon Street, at around 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 18, 2013.

In response to the killing, Fort Carson has added Circa to its list of "off-limits" establishments for post personnel.
