Pueblo police identified a person of interest involved in a deadly house crash Tuesday night.
Police won't name the person of interest, but Sgt. Chris Noeller said the person of interest is in "a domestic relationship" with the owner of the white Jaguar that crashed into the home and killed a man. Noeller said the Jaguar belongs to Christy Marlett, a criminal lawyer in Pueblo.
KRDO NewsChannel 13 obtained Marlett's marriage certificate, which states she's married to Victor Montour, 31.
When police went to Marlett's home the night of the crash, she told police her Jaguar was stolen.
On Thursday morning officers obtained a search warrant for a home on the 1100 block of Berkley Avenue. Noeller said the person of interest lives in the home.
Only KRDO NewsChannel 13 was there as police searched the home and detained a man. Police would not confirm who that was, but the man was later released. Officers walked out of the home with a hard drive and a few bags of evidence.
Montour has a lengthy criminal history in Colorado dating back to 2000. It includes multiple arrests for driving under the influence, most recently in October 2013.
Police have not explicitly named Montour as a person of interest.
Pueblo police said the driver of a Jaguar careened into a home on the 1900 block of Hollywood Boulevard Tuesday night, killing 46-year-old Johnnie Hagerman. A woman was taken to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.
The driver was seen going north on Hollywood, running through people's yards.
Preliminary autopsy results for Hagerman were not available Thursday.
