Fountain Police released new video to catch man who exposed himself to teenager.

FOUNTAIN, Colo. -

Police released new video to try to catch a man who exposed himself to a teenager.

It happened a week ago in Fountain at the intersection of Fortman Avenue and Franconia Drive.

A neighbor saw the story on the news and checked his surveillance video.

Officers say he had video of a black car driving alongside a teenage girl. The teen says the man exposed himself and tried to get her in his car. She refused until he finally left.

Police are hoping someone will recognize the car or know the man.

"That shouldn't happen in a community. A person should be able to walk down the street in their community, walk to school, walk home, and be safe in doing so,” said Corporal Marshall Trujillo.

Police are still looking for more tips to catch the criminal. If you have any information, please call the Fountain Police Department at (719) 382-8555.
