DENVER, Colo. -

Broncos fans described the AFC Championship as a phenomenal game taking their beloved team to Super Bowl XLVIII.

Fans were beyond ecstatic Sunday afternoon as they poured out of Sports Authority Field at Mile High. They've been waiting  15 years to see the Broncos play in the Super Bowl again.

"We already knew that the thunder was coming and we brought it! And who's going to the Super Bowl, baby?" said fan Lucinda Gallegos from Pueblo.

"The fans were absolutely outstanding! It was one of the best games I've ever been to," said fan Greg Daurio also from Pueblo.

It was an experience they'll never forget.

"We were sitting at the top tier right above the end zone. When Peyton Manning was coming down to score that touchdown, it was awesome," said fan Eric Littlejohn.

The "Pueblo Posse" fan group hasn't missed a home game since the early 90s.

"Ran through the family. We've been here every time. The best tailgating ever," said Al Aragon.

Four of his family members, through a lucky lottery pock, will be going to the biggest game of the year to watch the Broncos.

"You can't explain it. I was in tears the whole game . Come back, voice is gone and it's just go Broncos baby!" said Super Bowl ticket-holder Anthony Rodriguez.

Fans will be cheering loud and proud "United in Orange"  on February 2 when the Denver Broncos take on the Seattle Seahawks at Super Bowl XLVIII in New York.
